Hanakao'o Beach
Hanakao'o Beach, located 2 miles north from Lahaina at the southern tip of Ka'anapali Beach, is also known Canoe Beach because it is the home of the Lahaina Canoe Club .This is a popular beach with the locals and can get very crowded on the weekends. The beach has the same white sand as Ka'anapali making it great for swimming and other water activities. Snorkeling isn't the best but many turtles have been spotted in the area. Hanakao'o Park is one of the best family beaches on the island with a lifeguard tower, picnic tables, barbecue stations, shade, showers and rest rooms. There is also an old cemetery in the park.

Head north on Highway 30 out of Lahaina for approx. 2 miles. Turn left into the parking lot. - Parking
