Hana Town

The town of Hana is a small peaceful community in East Maui. There isn't a lot of shopping malls and stores that you see in other towns on the island. The Travaasa Resort is a 4 star hotel with great dining (although expensive). Condos and homes are available for rent on a daily or weekly basis. There are a few landmarks like the Wananalua Church established in 1838 that are worth checking out.

Hana State Park a nice family beach with bathrooms, tables, shade and a snack bar. The bay is well protected so it is a great spot for swimming and snorkeling.
